Specialty Programs
We offer a variety of programs to serve a variety of illnesses, disabilities, and ailments. However, we continually find new ways to help those recover from more specialized conditions. To remedy this, we have created a selection of specialized outpatient programs to cater to more specific treatment.
Physical Therapy
Stroke is a leading cause of disability in America – one that presents multiple life changesand potentially the loss of independence. Our program helps those suffering from stroke, developing an individualized activity-based plan of care for each patient. Our goal is to help you recover physically and mentally, so you can lead an independent and fulfilling life!
Certified physical, occupational, and speech therapists deliver an intensive amplitude-based training to individuals with a variety of neurological disorders, including Parkinson’s….This treatment includes 16 individual, one-hour sessions four times a week for four consecutive weeks.
This program offers comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation for people recovering from traumatic and non-traumatic spinal cord injuries, including spinal cord tumors, transverse myelitis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, multiple sclerosis, myelopathies, spinal cord infarctions and aneurysms.
We now offer a Wheelchair and Seating Clinic for patients with neurological (or other) deficits that require manual or powered wheelchair mobility to increase independence in their home, work, and community environments. An evaluation may be helpful if you have any of the following (bulleted): Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barre, Multi-Trauma, or Deconditioning.

Social Work
