Stroke Program
The Sage Stroke Program is catered to patients who are seeking an intensive rehab experience that focuses on improving function and returning to life roles.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Sage uses an interdisciplinary approach to address a person as a whole in order to maximize recovery. The Stroke program can be in either an outpatient or day neuro format.
For more information on the day neuro program, follow this link: Day Neuro Program.
We are now offering weekly therapist lead exercise classes to allow individuals to stay active and healthy following a stroke! Wellness classes can bridge the gap after traditional insurance-based therapy, or when individualized therapy is not required. Despite the known benefits of physical activity following a stroke, there continue to be significant barriers which limit access to these services in the community. Our goal is to provide a safe and therapeutic exercise environment for those with a disability following a stroke.
